Our project management team visit the site once we receive a project plan, our team evaluate the site, project goal, objectives, requirements, deliverable, out of scope, cost estimate etc.

Project Planning
In the second stage we develop the scope, select the planning team, identify deliverables, activities needed to complete the deliverables, estimate the resources, time, and cost, develop schedule, budget, quotations submission as per the requirements of our closure

Project Execution
Once we obtain final approval to begin the work, we establish a supervision team, coordinate the people, resources, assure the quality of all materials, monitor whole activities including administration of all supply, and evaluate the whole project progress, correction and communication of work progress with our customer

Project Closure
Once the project completes, the final evaluation is done by the management team, assure the quality of the work, and obtain acceptance from the customer to close the project, completion certificate would be given to the customer and do a feedback survey Finally, project handover to the customer and site clearance will be done.
